To book our date, complete the screening form below or you may email/text me all the pertinent info. All info is seen by my eyes only and deleted promptly afterward. Once you have completed screening and we have met in person at least once, you will no longer need to fill out the form on this page and may contact me directly via text/email to arrange any future dates. I only require deposits for outcall dates which is a $50 deposit via Apple Pay, Amazon gift card or Zelle to secure our time together.
