To book our date, complete the screening form below or you may email/text me all the pertinent info. All info is seen by my eyes only and deleted promptly afterward. Once you have completed screening and we have met in person at least once, you will no longer need to fill out the form on this page and may contact me directly via text/email to arrange any future dates. All dates require a deposit of $50 via Apple Pay, Zelle or Amazon gift card, which is applied toward your total and the remainder due in cash. If you would like to add-on special services such as DATY, BBBJ, DFK, COB, roleplay, oil message, outfit request, etc. it will be an additional $50 total—please let me know in advance!
